Returns & Replacement Policy

FUNTOYS.PK is happy to accept back any unwanted items for exchange, within 7 days of purchase/Invoice date, providing the following terms are met

7 Days Return Policy:

if product packing is as per original and the package is unopened. All packaging must be intact so that the item is in a re-sale-able condition.

Furthermore, you are able to provide a valid proof of purchase – this can be a copy of your receipt from store, your confirmation email, the invoice/packing note inside your delivery parcel, or a copy of a bank statement showing the transaction.

On Sale Products and Products purchased on special promotions can’t be refunded or replaced.

In Case of Refund you will have to courier back the parcel to us and the charges will be borne by the customer.

Faulty Products:-

If you have bought an item from us that proves to be faulty, please let us know as soon as the fault becomes apparent so we are able to help and replace the product.

Warranty Policy:-

Warranty claims differ based on the respective product FUNTOYS.PK does not offer any warranty claims directly.
As far as the products are concerned, not all products come with a warranty; if the products are available with a warranty then it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
